1. PRODUCTS
What is Keis patented technology?
Heated panels sewn into the garment generate heat. This heat is diffused throughout the garment thanks to carbon micro-fibers. Carbon is an excellent conductor of heat and gives the feeling of being totally enveloped by warmth.
How are Keis garments powered?
There are two ways to power Keis heated garments. The first is simply to connect the product to the vehicle's battery, using the cable supplied with each heated product. The second is for products such as vests or gloves, which are powered by a stand-alone Keis Li-ion battery.
How do you manage your fuses?
Safety is our top priority at Keis. When a garment is connected to the vehicle's battery, the right fuse must be inserted in the appropriate slot in the cable. Please refer to the instructions supplied with each product for the correct fuse rating.
Can my motorcycle power all my Keis clothes?
Large motorcycles can often power most of our products without any problems. But for smaller bikes, to be on the safe side, contact your dealer directly to find out the power rating of your connections. Please note that 12V sockets in the cockpit often deliver very low power, which is insufficient to power a Keis heating jacket.
What is the heating power of Keis garments?
Each garment heats differently. Maximum heat is around 40°C, to protect the skin and avoid burns.
How long does a Li-ion battery take to heat up?
Many parameters come into play, such as wattage, outside temperature and the number of items of clothing connected.
Are extension cables available to lengthen the connection cables?
Yes, we sell 30cm and 60cm extension cables, available in the Accessories category.
Can I connect several garments to a single power source?
Yes, all you need to do is connect the products to each other to ensure that the power flows through. Please note that the more garments you connect to a battery, the shorter its autonomy will be.
Can I wash my Keis garments?
You can wash them by hand with soap. Do not use a washing machine or tumble dry.
Can I get spare parts?
Of course, just ask your dealer or contact us by e-mail.
How long has Keis been around?
The brand has been around since 2007, but the founder has been working in the field of heated garments for 30 years. Keis has been imported into Europe since 2017.

Where can I buy Keis products at reduced prices?
Keis offers quality products, developed and manufactured by specialists using the latest technologies and the best materials. Consequently, our prices are in line with the quality of our products. As a result, we do not offer any overall reduction in the price of our products, except in exceptional end-of-series cases.
3. ONLINE PURCHASING ON www.motorradventure.shop
Are online purchasing procedures secure?
Transactions carried out on our website www.motorradventure.shop are secured by a 256-bit SSL certificate. All information relating to pages, content, credit cards and transactions is protected by the same level of security used by banks. Credit card payments are secured by Shopify Payment. We have no access to your bank or credit card details.

4. STOCK
Where is Keis stock?
Our products are stored under optimum conditions in a professional warehouse in Germany. Storage, order preparation, packaging and delivery to the DPD carrier all take place in this warehouse.
Which products are in stock?
Keis endeavors to keep its stocks up to date and to stock the complete range at all times. However, there may occasionally be a delay in restocking, and we will inform you personally if this is the case.
5. DELIVERY AND RETURN
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery costs are 8.00 euros (incl. VAT) per order to European Union countries, regardless of parcel size or weight. Contact us for delivery to French islands and overseas territories.
Which carrier handles delivery?
Delivery is handled by DPD, our trusted partner.
How long does delivery take?
As a general rule, deliveries to the EU take place between three and five working days after receipt of the order. You can track the progress of your parcel on the DPD website using the tracking number you receive by e-mail.
What should I do if I haven't received my product?
When your product has been dispatched, you will have received an email confirming that it has been sent. If you have any doubts, or if the delivery time is unusually long, please contact us.
Your order has been delivered, but you'd like to exchange sizes. What should I do?
If you'd like to make a simple size exchange, we'll cover the shipping costs. Just send us an e-mail to let us know, and we'll tell you how to proceed: order@motorradventure.eu
Your order has been delivered, but you'd like to return the products. What should you do?
Under current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of delivery (as evidenced by DPD information) to exercise your right of withdrawal and notify us that you wish to return one or more products. You have a further 14 days to return the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Products must be in perfect new condition, free of odors and stains, in their original packaging (cardboard and plastic) and with all original accessories. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refund only part of the original order or to refuse the refund.

In the case of a return outside the legal right of withdrawal, the refund will be reduced by a flat rate of € 50.00 for postage and restocking. Products must be in perfect new condition, in their original packaging and with all accessories. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refund only part of the original order or to refuse the refund.
6. WARRANTY
How long are Keis products covered by the manufacturer's warranty?
Keis garment heating panels are guaranteed for life under normal use. Products damaged by accident or abnormal use are not covered by the lifetime warranty.
Other products and garment components are guaranteed for two years.
Our golden rule is to do everything we can to keep you using your product.
Contact us, we never leave a customer with a problem and we will always work with you to find a solution so that your adventure can continue.
Who do I contact to apply the warranty?
The seller from whom you purchased the product is responsible for ensuring that the warranty procedure runs smoothly.
Please contact the seller directly (website or in-store retailer), who will then contact us if necessary.
If you purchased the product fromwww.motorradventure.shop, please contact us directly, specifying your order or invoice number, the nature of the problem and, if possible, including clear photos, so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
In the event of a product being returned to our warehouse for repair under the terms of the warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to our warehouse in Germany.
