The Blizzard 2 saddle bags have been completely redeveloped based on the experience and feedback from the first generation – now even more robust, lighter and more versatile. They stay put on your bike, even on the roughest roads, without slipping or coming loose. They are available in three sizes. 

The absolute highlight is the revolutionary, patented CRR (Crash-Replace-Ride On) breakaway point, which ensures that in the event of a spectacular crash, the front fastening strap tears off without damaging the bag or the strap itself. The included CRR replacement part can be installed in seconds without tools, so the bag is ready to use again immediately.

Thanks to the new, extra tear- and abrasion-resistant Advanced 3-Layer Fabric, the Blizzard 2 saddlebags are the perfect companion for demanding tours. Like all Enduristan products, they are completely waterproof, dustproof and mudproof, so your belongings are protected in all weather conditions.

A total of seven of our patented attachment pads provide extensive mounting options for additional bags such as the Bottle Holster, Can Holster, Fender Bag or XS Base Pack. The Blizzard 2 saddlebags are available in three sizes, with a total volume of 15, 25 or 35 litres.

CRASH – REPLACE – RIDE ON!

With conventional saddlebags, the stitching of the front fastening straps often tears during violent crashes. Such damage is almost impossible to repair on the road and often the bags are no longer waterproof afterwards. The forces that occur during off-road crashes can be several hundred kilos. Absorbing such forces without the bags or even the motorcycle being damaged is not technically possible in every case. That's why we've equipped the Blizzard 2 saddlebags with our patented CRR (Crash-Replace-Ride On) technology, which was developed to protect your saddlebags from forces over 200 kg.

So if you crash, you don't have to worry about a broken bag. You simply loop the included replacement piece into the strap and continue your adventure. Each set of Blizzard 2 saddlebags comes with a total of four CRR replacement pieces.

HIGHEST ABRASION RESISTANCE ON THE MARKET

The Advanced 3-Layer Fabric used in the Blizzard 2 saddlebags significantly outperforms the material of the predecessor and our competitors in terms of tear and abrasion resistance. No other material achieved better results in our tests - the abrasion resistance is 22% higher than that of the best competitor. Not only is it extremely durable, but it's also PVC-free and lightweight.

The PVC-free material is more environmentally friendly because no harmful chemicals are released during disposal. This means that the Blizzard 2 is not only lighter and more robust, but also has a smaller ecological footprint.

FLEXIBLE AND SECURE HOLD

The Blizzard 2 saddlebags offer you two different ways to secure them to the rear of your motorcycle. You can choose between the proven strap system or the new anchor-lock system, in which small aluminium mounting points are bolted to the rear. These are so compact that they are not in the way even when the bags are not mounted. The bags are then simply hooked onto these mounting points.

The width adjustment has also been revised: the bags now fit even more snugly and are easier to install and adjust than in the first generation. They can now also be easily mounted on passenger handgrips. These versatile options ensure that the bags fit securely on any terrain and can be optimally adjusted to different seat widths.

EXTENDED MODULARITY

You can expand the luggage volume of the bags individually by using the seven patented attachment pads – three on each bag and one on the seat. The interface on the seat is so thin that it won't bother you while riding, even on off-road adventures when you slide back. You can also ride with a pillion passenger as long as no additional bags are mounted on the seat.

The two bags each have an attachment pad on a flap that provides additional protection for the roll-top closure. Under this flap, you will find a small zipped compartment on one side, ideal for storing documents or smaller items. On the other side, there are two elasticated straps, perfect for spare gloves, a lightweight rain jacket or similar items of equipment that you want to have quickly to hand.
