Why we do not accept helmet returns:

On the one hand, for hygienic reasons – to prevent a helmet from being passed from head to head without appropriate protection.

On the other hand, a helmet is a valuable product – both sturdy and delicate at the same time. While the helmet is with a customer, there is always the risk that it might fall or be damaged in some other way, without us being able to detect this upon its return.

We only accept the best for our customers and absolutely do not want to risk selling them a helmet that may no longer be absolutely flawless. The risk is low, but it exists – and we categorically refuse to transfer this risk onto our customers' heads.

In addition, our experience in the retail store has shown us that it is often difficult to order a helmet online without knowing your exact size. In our store, we can perfectly adjust the helmet to the shape of our customers' heads, for example by replacing the cheek pads or the inner lining.
