Our products are stored in a professional warehouse in Wetzlar (Germany). Shipping within Europe is mainly done via DPD.

Shipping costs are calculated depending on the delivery country and are displayed during the ordering process. Shipping is done with DPD and usually takes 2 to 6 working days.

Of course! If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it at your own expense. You will bear the return shipping costs yourself – except for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.

You must inform us about the return within 14 days of receipt. The return itself must then take place within another 14 days. The products (including accessories) must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
